We welcome our friends, family, or anyone else to join us for dragon boating paired with special fun activities at no charge on these dates.
Friday, June 3 from 6p-8p – Dance and Paddle
We will be paddling, then a dancing lesson and having some cocktails and snacks!
Sunday, June 12 from 5-7p – Family Day
Team members should bring family members and show them why we go on and on about dragon boat racing! This is their chance to check it out!
July 26 from 10a-12p – Summer Bums
For those who like to play in the summer!!!
August 14 from 5p-7p – Last Call
Last call for all of those who thought that they missed their chance!

Attend any of our regular practice sessions to receive a free introduction. Arrive 15-30 minutes early for instructions and gear in our team room inside the Fox Chapel Yacht Club.

Register now: Carol Raber Memorial Golf Challenge on June 5, 2016
The 10th annual Carol Raber Memorial Golf Challenge is now accepting registrations. Sign up soon – space is limited! This fundraiser supports the Pink Steel breast cancer survivor programs, and has become more fun and popular with every year.
The first annual Steel City Dragon Boat Festival will be held at North Park Lake (near the boathouse) on September 24, 2016. Check back often for details!
Susan G. Komen Pittsburgh funding survivor village
Susan G. Komen Pittsburgh is providing funding for the Pink Steel-sponsored Survivor Village at the 2016 Steel City Dragon Boat Festival. This village will have representatives from the services available to individuals along the journey of breast cancer survivorship, including: early detection, treatment options, meals, transportation and support and fitness services.
UPMC Cancer Center supports our breast cancer survivor programs
The Steel City Dragon-Boat Association has received a generous grant of $8000 from the UPMC Cancer Center to support our 2016 breast cancer survivor programs and outreach to the survivor community.
